After pressing... I love my press!!!


Poached egg (home laid of course) with bread toasted in butter, topped with sauteed onions, peppers and collard greens (homegrown.. except the onions , grown by a friend) with a dash of plum vinegar (homemade... I really don't think you can buy it. )
